1/9/03 - DMC announce intention to offer PLDSL (Power Line DSL)

DMC Internet Ltd a pan European provider of total internet services has today announced its intention to provide PLDSL a revolutionary form a broadband delivered by power lines by Q4 2003.

Current test sites in Scotland have proved particularly encouraging. Power Line DSL is a revolutionary delivery method of broadband technology. This techology enables symmetric connectivity speeds unlike the standard ADSL Upstream of 256kb/s.

The era of PLDSL brings massive opportunity to the UK broadband market. As no broadband enabled exchanges or telecommunications are required PLDSL can be delivered to any household that has a connection to and electricity provider compatible with DMC PLDSL.

DMC Internet Ltd a pioneer of internet services has today launched its Wireless Broadband product. Wireless Broadband or WDSL is innovative form of connectivity for people who wish to save overhead costs of telecommunications equipment for broadband operation.

DMC have announced the following areas enabled for DMC WDSL (subject to signal strength and line of site) Birmingham, Bradford, Bristol, Basingstoke, Reading, Leeds, Sheffield, Nottingham, Coventry, Leceister, Uxbridge, Slough, Crystal Palace, Guildford, Camden.

18/8/03 - Backbone upgrades mean dramatic drops in leased line pricing in comparison to big name competitors.

DMC Internet Ltd a benchmark provider of total internet services has today announced a massive reduction in their leased line prices after a number of new peering arrangements agreed today.

"New peering arrangements with a number of Tier 1 and Tier 2 providers means that DMC have been able to dramatically reduce their leased line prices, in many cases we have seen reductions of up to 50%. 11/8/03 - Beaming Bandwidth! DMC launch European satellite broadband.

DMC Internet Ltd an established pan European ISP has today announced the completion of its Satellite Broadband products. After much negotiation with a number of satellite service providers DMC has finally finalised a deal which means it will be able to provide high speed broadband via satellite to European users.
